Positive: Galatia is a very very nice person. She tried her best to make our stay perfect and solve the problems we had with the bed. She also gave us a gift for our wedding anniversary .
Negative: Although kindness is appreciated, we came at a moment when the bed support had been destroyed by a previous guest. Efforts were made to make the bed look comfy, but our first night was hell, waking up with parts of the body numb or in pain. We mentioned it to the host who said that nobody had complained before. We put it down to getting used to the spring mattress. After six days, we stayed at a friend’s place for a night and had no more problems sleeping. So upon returning, we lifted up the mattress and were shocked to find two layers of two wooden pallets under the mattress! This explained the pain and numbness caused by the uneven springs. We sent Galatia information concerning support for spring mattresses and she tried to provide a solution with another frame of which the support was deformed. Since she was unable to do more, we settled for the healthiest solution which was to put the mattress on the floor, where we spent the second week. Next time we will check under the mattress before settling down.
